The instructions below are valid if you have a version less than 2.11.4 and want to update to 2.11.4. If you want to update to a version higher than 2.11.4, please refer: https://docs.nodarsensor.net/hdk/update_legacy.html

Navigate to the home folder

cd /home/nodar

Remove the previous assets:

rm -rf customer_target_*

Download the latest asset files here

Copy the downloaded asset files to the home folder (/home/nodar):

• customer_target_config.tar.gz
• customer_target_files.tar.gz
• customer_target_scripts.tar.gz

Make sure both the cameras are connected with the system during the update process.

You would need an Internet connection to perform the update process. In the case of Jetson Dev Kit, ensure that the device is connected to the Internet through WiFi. In the case of Onlogic Orin, you would have to plug in the Ethernet cable coming from your router to the port marked 1G LAN in the box.

Install the latest software:

tar -xzvf customer_target_scripts.tar.gz
cd customer_target_scripts
./run_on_target.sh -ecr evalkit-hammerhead -d [jetson|onlogic] -autostart 1

Specify the device type argument (-d) depending on where you are installing the software:

For Jetson Dev Kit, specify jetson or

For Onlogic Orin, specify onlogic

You can specify -autostart as 0 or 1 depending on whether you want to launch the Hammerhead and Viewer applications on login.

You will be prompted to enter the password during the script execution. The update should take a few minutes depending on the speed of your Internet Connection.
